- Shashank Chansoria is the founder of Emojent. He has extensive experience in architecting Enterprise SaaS products and services, and managing Data Analytics and Executive Reporting projects. He has an MBA (Honors) from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and B.Tech (Honors) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
- Livjot is the Co-Founder of Emojent. He has 10+ years of diverse experience in developing highly effective project plans, forging beneficial partnerships, implementing best practices, and motivating teams to surpass organizational goals. He has an MBA (Honors) from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
- Amit has 20+ years of experience in Software Product Engineering and Product Management. Before joining Emojent as a head of products, he co-founded a startup in the virtual reality space. Amit’s key skills are to build and lead high-performing cross-geography engineering teams to deliver sustainable business value. His prior experience includes building B2B and B2C products for MNCs as well as startups across healthcare and fintech domains. He has an engineering degree from HBTU Kanpur, India.
- Shital has 5+ years of experience as a software engineer. She is currently working as a full stack developer at Emojent. She has experience in different domains like fintech, ecommerce, education, etc. She has B.E from Sinhgad Institute Of Technology Lonavala, Pune University.
- Ketan has 9+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Before joining Emojent, he led the UI/UX design Team at Tops Info solution. He has experience designing for several industries like banking, ecommerce, manufacturing, health care, etc. He holds a B.Com from Bidhan Chandra University, and a 3-year diploma in Design, 3D Modeling and Animation.
- At Emojent, Maatangi works on incorporating insights from behavior science into the product. She has previously worked in the ed-tech and development sector understanding user needs. Maatangi holds a BA (Honors) and a PG Diploma in Psychology from Ashoka University.
- Gaurav has over 10 years of experience conceiving and building sophisticated machine learning products. He has previously worked at Microsoft and DARPA, among others. He has written over 30 papers cited over 2,500 times, and released more than ten open-source software that have been downloaded over 300k times. Gaurav has a Ph.D. from Stanford, a B.S. from Rutgers and postdocs from Georgetown, Princeton, and Stanford.
- Linnea Gandhi is the Managing Partner of BehavioralSight, a boutique consulting firm applying insights and methodologies from the growing field of Behavioral Science to everyday business problems. Prior, she was Managing Director of TGG Group and was a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. Additionally, over the past few years she has been a teaching assistant and professor (Spring 2017) at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
- Owen is a market researcher, strategist and author. He has spent more than 30 years in consumer insights and market strategy. He has a career-long interest in helping to launch start-up companies - several of which have become well-known names - including: Staples, Ulta, PetSmart, Five-below, and Guaranteed Rate.
